ACTING workshops
Secret/Heart are pleased to announce that we will be offering further workshops in August 2024, for those applying to drama school auditions later in the year.
Within the last 4 years, participants of our drama school audition preparation workshops have gained places at RADA, Drama Centre, Bristol Old Vic, Guildhall and others...
Our Drama School Audition workshops focus on preparing contemporary and classical speeches for auditions. All audition speeches you bring will be worked at length and advice will be given about other potential speeches that we feel would suit you.
The workshops conclude with a mock audition and interview day that provides participants with advice about the drama school audition process. The mock audition/interview is followed up with group and individual feedback.
Days runs between 10am and 5pm in central London
These workshops are open to participants aged 17 and above and are filled on a first come, first served basis. Group numbers are small and afford highly personalised guidance - and as such, tend to fill quickly.
To express your interest, or for any further information you might require, please send us an email ([email protected]) or fill in the electronic booking form below. We'd like to know a little about your reasons for wanting to be a part of our workshops, what you'd hope to gain from the experience, and about your background and interest in acting. You do not need to have extensive prior experience in drama to be a part of this course, but a desire to explore actor training is important.
We are only too happy to put potential course candidates in touch with previous workshop attendees for their views on the courses they have completed with us.
Some individual coaching sessions are also available. Please email for further details.
